First to go

SammyD was the first to go. We had a kind of "goodbye" lunch on Thursday and then she left early Friday morning to Mars Hill College in North Carolina. It's weird thinking that within a week I'm going to have started a brand new part of life. I'm going to pack up my things and leave my friends to go to a new place and unpack and meet new friends. I

I envy you. You've got your new group of friends already at the college you'll be going to for the next four years! I moved up here, started going to the CC, and I'm still trying to MAKE friends! Like I've said before... you're amazing. And remember, the friends that you don't keep from HS just wasn't meant to be! But it's always nice to look back on... And I'm DEFFINATELY going to plan a weekend to come see you and see the sights! (and the dorms) ha ha! I love you
