reading cookbooks... anonymous June 12 2006, 14:49:17 UTC
Hey Susan,

I think I've progressed to a point with cookbook reading that I now consider myself a 'collector' of exotic cookbooks. My most recent read, 'Moroccan Modern' by Hassan M'souli. Talks about the art of morrocan hospitality, history of morrocan spices, traditional moroccan specialties...it makes me want to go out and buy a Tagine!! I love morrocan food..it is such an interesting combination of flavours..Will have to send you some of the recipes soon.
