I didnt take a placement test. My advisor looked at my grades from GC and she put me in bio 210 which usually has bio 101 and 102 as a prereq... but it doesn't necessarily have to. My first bio lab was about how to use a microscope... and we had to learn all of the parts by name. Then we had to memorize all of the magnifications... So Don't feel soo terrible. =D

o poo. see i never saw my advisor before signing up for classes, i just signed up myself. if he had seen what i took and what grades i made...things would be different. bio210 and magnifications sound a bit more interesting than beaker and pipet lol!

yes, the microscope is our next lab...what i have to look forward to next thursday.

True... Some bio 210 professor's are easy. The one I have now (bio 211) has NO IDEA what she's talking about and I am convinced I will learn nothing in that class. 210 is Anatomy & Physiology I and 211 is Anat & Phys II... yeah its a LOT of stuff to learn. But it is more interesting than echinoderms...

if pharmacy doesn't work out, i want to either be an anatomy and physiology professor OR psychologists....most likely the professor. they are in more demand than shrinks are right now.

210 and 211 sound really interesting though

I wish I had those science classes....ha ha. I am just taking Biology because the school requires it.

oh lord do you know what i did TODAY?! hahaha in chemistry, i learned how to ROUND and in bio i learned the different parts that make up an atom
