I'm a firm believer in celebrating Thanksgiving before getting into the Christmas spirit. I used to always get annoyed when people would have all their christmas decorations up in the middle of November. Remember my audition for NOISE last month? It was for an Opera company that was doing Barber of Seville in English and touring to schools. On Sunday, I had my actual interview for the choir director position at St. Jude's. I walk in to the conference room, and there are 6 people there to interview me. I received a letter in the mail yesterday. It was from NOISE, the Opera company I auditioned for a few weeks ago. I did not make the cut this time. So, I'll be moving on to the next audition.
