God, don't you just hate it when you get blamed for something that wasn't your fault/problem?

Well...that is exactly how my day ended at work! Happened to receive an email from my supervisor that i shouldn't be transfering calls when we are busy and to help each other out in dealing/handling the call as everyone is going to be busy, which of course

its really annoying when that happens! bosses are just rubbish at knowing all the facts! and even when they do, they just wanna take it out on ya! lol

well...spoke to my supervisor about this yesterday and she apologises for being so rude in the email but she didn't realise that there wasn't any calls waiting and she only did it to get Fernando off her back because he's constantly complaining.
