I'm sorry things are so hectic right now. :( I'm in a bit of a funk, too, and I understand what you're going through. I just lost my job, so that might keep me from seeing my girl in the next few months like I'd had planned, because now I have to save money for bills. It's devastating..

I hope this internship treats you much better than the last. You can't always be nice with students - I learned that the hard way. If you're strict at first, they'll respect you so that when you show compassion later, they will feel it is earned. If this is really something you love, don't let stupid supervisors ruin your dream! Keep pursuing this, and it's never too late to back out and find something else you love, too.
