yeah... I just got back from weight room... so far today, Ive done alot... and eaten nothing. Tony Susan picked me up around 10:10 ot go running at lamphere hill this morning. there were 8 people(including me) there. we ran then played 4 on 4 touch football. after, we just chilled for a few, then went home. at home, I got online for a little while
