MRI Results

Below are the diagnostic results from the MRI I had on April 25. My doctor's interpretation is at the bottom.

Technique

Sagittal T1, T2. Axial T1, T2

Findings

That's really interesting. How long have you noticed the problem?Was there much numbness? Where in the legs? Was there any triggering event like a car accident or is this degenerative? Did you get a copy of the mri pics?

Glad you're not in pain.

we think I originally hurt it in a move years ago. Back in the fall I had a lung infection that had me coughing pretty hard for three weeks which finally set it off.

Pain, numbness in the leg especially the toes. My range of motion was limited and the leg was weakened. I was surviving on a combination of pain killers, anti-inflammatories and muscle relaxants. Took Percocets just to sleep.

Three months of therapy and exercise did the trick though and I'm med-free. must continue the exercise and weight loss If I want to avoid surgery though.

Definitely ask for the MRI images - I managed to get all the ones of my brain on cd :) Sooo cool.

This is me! This is my brain! This is my brain with a GLOWING WHITE SPOT IN IT!
