*claps hands* This was fabulous! I'm currently listening to this on repeat, it's that good. I love how you applied the echo and fades on Aruiteru, the song really needed that touch, and it sounds great with it. I love both songs to death, it's hard to pick a favourite. XD;

Have to say that this way of recording was better than just recording separate lines, and must make it easier on you since you can pick out bits we were stronger in and use those. Definitely should continue like this for future projects. Plus, singing an entire song is fun! (Though Egao YES Nude kinda almost killed my vocal and breathing XD;)

Overall, wonderful work, guys! :Db

*o* Thank you~~~ This whole thing was such a learning process for me. It was really difficult picking out who should sing what! And at the same time keep in mind that everybody should have about the same amount of solo lines. Tricky indeed. Hopefully I managed to be pretty fair in my line distribution @_@;;

I'm so glad you commented on and liked the effects I added in on Aruiteru. It sounded really off without them so I just.. went for it. Glad it was a good decision XD; Also proof that my mixing is getting better. I didn't know how to do stuff like that a few months ago or so :P

I'm glad you had fun with recording! Hope it was like that for everyone who took part in this single. Having fun is the most important thing! ^___^

Both songs sound great *__*~
I had lots of trouble with Egao yes nude, because it's so difficult to sing (for someone who actually can't sing at all XDDD)

Wow. *____* Awesome mixing. I'm relatively new to the community, so I've been immersing myself in past releases. I love the sound of the new method! Both songs sound wonderful! I think every singer shines. ^_^

I can't really speak for anyone but myself when it comes to how recordings are done (we all live in different parts of the world, so.. never actually record anything together). I myself simply make use of the built in microphone in my iBook. It produces surprisingly clear sound ♥. I use Audacity to record and I use GarageBand for the mixing.

Anyway, thanks for listening in and leaving feedback! That's much appreciated! :D Glad you like the songs ^o^

omogosh! some people didn't even turn in lines!

sorry about Aruiteru.. i totally lost my voice after egao. and its a week later and i haven't got it fully back yet =\

singing an entire song was really difficult because i didn't have the energy to focuz on certain parts and had to work on the whole thing... but it turned out ok.. but not as good as our other releases i have to say... i think its because we all didn't know what to focus on.. so our timing? was off a little, you know? but they were good!!! i just wish more people turned in lines =]

oh yeah.. and for songs like egao... it really required breaking up the parts cuz the breathing just killed us.. so i thouhg it just wasn't that consistent.. BUT IT WAS STILL GOOD! i liked it! ^_^..

we should keep trying to work with this recording style just because its helpful to you and for the release date problem. hopefully everyone will get used to it.. (i'm ok with anything... i like the old way cuz it doesn't kill my voice. after recording egao, i seriously didn't have anything left for aruiteru)

i hope my feedback is helpful <3333 shwat is the next single??? ^^

.. I did say when the project was first announced that people still are free to split up their lines, but now you have to use your own common sense about when/where to do those splits. I personally split up the Egao chorus in a million different pieces ("Anata dake no watashi dakara", "Enryo sezu ni tsuyoku shite yo" etc all in a file of their own). It doesn't sound right at all to do the chorus as one long bit @_@; Listen to how the original songs sound and you get a pretty good image on how you should split up your recordings. Keep that in mind for the next project, hm?

yeaaaaah.. i did split it.. its just like... thinking about the way we used to do it, and split the lines and gave it out.. kinda like that. so that people could focus on those parts. i was fine with it... i really didn't have a problem except that it took me 2 hours to record hahahhaa

but this is fine.. cuz i also think we did a good job
