there's a jars of clay song on their new cd called "jesus' blood never failed me" they got the idea from this homeless guy who sat and sang that line for 75 minutes...wow. and there isn't one of us here who can cast the first stone..we're all hypocrites, myself included

Michelle is right. No matter who we are, what we do or do not believe in, we are all hypocrites. You cannot blame yourself for this; it is part of human nature. You can only try to better yourself.

But Jessi, you needn't be so hard on yourself - you are, by far, one of the best people I know, that I will probably ever know.

i went to church today and prayed. i prayed for a lot of people, but i also prayed for you. my eyes got teary when they had to play michael w. smith's open the eyes of my heart. how true is that, "open the eyes of my heart Lord, i want to see you." (i always cry during church songs.)

whatever you choice is, i will stand behind you because, you give me hope that i can let go of my bad habits and live life in harmony, spiritually. i<3jessi.

i love that song lindsay. and plus jessie think of this too-jesus did die for you so you would not have to be ashamed of your sins because they have been washed "as white as snow". although we all fall short of God's awesomeness, that's the whole thing that makes us human and not God. so instead of beating yourself up for your shortcomings, focus instead on what God has done for you and let your life show that joy.
