A Beautiful Theory of the Universe.

In 1982 a remarkable event took place. At the University of Paris a research team led by physicist Alain Aspect performed what may turn out to be one of the most important experiments of the 20th century. You did not hear about it on the evening news. In fact, unless you are in the habit of reading scientific journals you probably have never even ( Read more... )

What you posted about AIDS was absolutely wrong. Do you have the courage to respond in the forum?

I can't say I'm very learned on the subject. I had only posted someone else's research - which I found interesting. And I had mentioned it was someone else's. But I'll go and look and see what you're talking about.

Im fascinated by alternate perceptions. In some irrational and deeply romantic way, I'd love to see the world as interconnected series of particles that exist in total and utter symphony with each other. Ive read about Bohm's theory before, some other time and place. I dont pretend to understand the finer points of his theory. After a while, I get lost in the romanticism of the prospect rather than focusing on what actually is stated in scientific theory. However, such theories contradict modern scientific truth-hoods that seem unequivocally valid. Just another issue that, while fascinating, leaves me questioning why I believe what I do until I think fuck it and go and watch porn. Interesting entry though!

Hi! I found your journal through atharvan and noticed that we have many interests in common. I'm just dropping a line to let you know that i've friended you, if that's alright.

I came across the article you posted above many months ago and was recommended The Holographic Universe by Michael Talbot and The Tao of Physics by Fritjof Capra. I think you would very much enjoy them as well.

cheers!
