Hmm...I can't really choose. But since in the Asian dramas that I watch it's rare to see a really good love scene, I will choose They Kiss Again's bed scene from their honeymoon

I'm really big into Asian dramas (you can see if you check out my page). I've seen quite a few good love scenes. The most romantic, in my opinion, is in the Korean drama "City Hall", the last episode, the proposal.
Thank you for your comment. I haven't seen that many Korean dramas; I mostly just watch Japanese because they're short. But, the only ones I've seen are Stairway to Heaven, Coffee Prince, and the DBSK Banjun dramas. But I will most definitely check out City Hall when I have the chance.
Where do you catch most of the dramas you watch? Mysoju and AZNV.TV are great websites in case you haven't found them yet. I watch all sorts of dramas. I guess it goes in spurts, though. I'll watch a bunch of Taiwanese dramas, then Japanese dramas, and now I am into Korean dramas. But I do go back and forth, depending on what I feel like seeing.
I used to watch them on crunchyroll before they started deleting everything, but now I watch them at mysoju. I'll give AZNV.TV a try. Well, for me, I do watch everything, but I mostly stick to Japanese since I'm studying it, and they're short heehee. But I would love to watch more Korean and Taiwanese simply because I love the language, and often times their dramas are more in-depth, and not so happy-go-lucky all the time....not that Japanese dramas can't be like that too...I hope you know what I mean. But I'll check out City Hall after I finish Ninkyo Helper (I've heard its really good)
On AZNV.TV, sometimes they require an invitation code for someone to sign up. If they do, let me know because I have an invitation code to give. Yes, if you're studying Japanese that makes sense that you would watch more of those. As for whether one language drama is better/worse, or shorter/longer, I think they all have their differences. I do keep a "to watch" list and go by that as to how I am feeling at the time. Do I feel happy enough to watch a sad drama? Do I need to stay away from sad ones? Also the length and number of episodes does decide for me at the time. So I tend to jump around to the different languages. Sometimes, for me, it has to do with the actors.
Apparently, I made an account a long time ago and didn't remember. heehee! So I'm good. Thanks anyway. Ah, I understand your feelings, I do that too sometimes.
