Oh I have, I read the whole book a while ago! I was just rereading it and that paragraph kind of hit me. It basically sums up my past and recent experiences. I did not know you were such a keen meditator.

I'm not really, my brain spins too much too fast. =P But I enjoy reading about how others think people should live.

But that's the point of meditation! To slow your brain down for a while to realize why it spins so fast.
