well wrestling season is now over. it was a good and bad year. it started great, then the last month just was horrible. i got sick and never really recovered. i think i made the coaches pretty mad here this last week or so, but what can you do? i am glad it is over because i need a break, but at the same time i had some goals that didn't get ( Read more... )

what is "cutting"? that you did until 8 on saturday?

it is where you put on as much stuff as you have (saturday for me it was sweat pants, shorts, shirts, sweat shirt, winter coat) including hats and gloves, and then you proceed to exercise(run, sprint, push-ups, sit-ups, mountain climbers, and anything else to keep you moving) untill you sweat off what you must loose. 2.5 lbs is a lot of weight to loose the morning of distericts, especially whey you are already dehidrated.
