Part 1 - -
Aki found a girlfriend. He gets mad when I say that because Kouyou is a guy, but I don't know what else to call it. Boyfriend? It just sounds silly because they're both boys. So I've decided Kouyou is the mommy and Aki's the daddy.
Kouyou's really nice. He brings me gifts and plays with me while Aki is working so I'm not alone and helps me with my homework. Second grade math is hard... He even lets me call him Kou when Aki's not around. Kouyou's so pretty though. He has long wavy hair and shiny clothes. I want to look like that. I even started growing my hair out so I could be pretty too.
Takanori looked up from his ever growing diary that had many loose papers that had torn stuck inside it as the front door opened. "Aki?"
"Yeah Taka?" his brother's voice answered back.
The little sibling felt a wide smile spread on his face as he ran out into the hall to the front door. Akira stood in the doorway slipping off his shoes as he held many grocery bags in his hands. "Candy?" he eagerly asked the eldest sibling.
Akira let out a laugh as he set the bags on the counter. "I just got home…" he said happily and pulled a small piece of strawberry flavored candy from a drawer far from the shorter one's reach. Takanori was about to grab the sweet from his brother's hands when the other suddenly pulled it away and behind his back.
"Ah-ah," Akira corrected, lightly tapping him on the nose. "Were you good today?"
"Mhm!" the younger quickly nodded and ran to his baby blue backpack sitting on the couch and grabbed a paper from one of his folders. "Look!" he exclaimed excitedly, putting the paper right beneath his sibling's eyes for him to see. "I got a B on my spelling test!"
Akira looked over the paper in a quick glance and smiled.
"Good job Taka," he laughed and gave his little brother the sweet. They both looked up as there was a ring at the doorbell.
Takanori smiled wide. "Your girlfwend's here Aki!"
The elder sibling growled. "He's not a girl!"
The little sibling only giggled and ran to the door to great their guest. "Kouyou!" he exclaimed happily and hugged the other man tightly around the waist. Akira walked up and pecked his lover on the lips in a small hello before Takanori bounced off to grab games from his room for him and Kouyou to play.
"Taka I'm off to work okay?"
"'Kay me and Kouyou are gonna play and watch movies and listen to music and-"
Kouyou and Akira shared a knowing look before they kissed again and Akira left.
Takanori soon came back into the room with Chutes and Ladders in his hands.
"-and then he'll help with my homework because it's so hard and-" he looked up. "Oh," he said as he realized the other had already left.
He shrugged it off though and flopped onto the ground and start when the other stopped him.
"Taka…" Kouyou said teasingly. "You know we do homework first."
"Yes Momma."
"Uh?" Kouyou looked up at the sudden use of the term. "Momma?"
Takanori slumped slightly and put his hung his head down as tears began to burn at his eyes. He crawled over to the side of the room where Kouyou sat and huddled into his side, hugging the older man's waist when arms wrapped around his small shoulders.
"There is a castle on a cloud, I like to go there in my sleep. Everyone is happy. I have a Momma and Daddy. Daddy plays with me and twirls me around in circles. My Momma holds me tight and whispers 'Taka, I love you very much.' I know a place where no one's mad. I know a place where no one's sad. Being sad is not allowed. Not in my castle on a cloud…" he sang softly without tune as tears rolled down his cheeks. "You're my Momma aren't you? I want a Momma…"
Kouyou wasn't sure when he began to cry. His silent tears ran down his thin cheeks as he clutched the small boy in his arms close. Akira had told him what the younger had had to go through, but it broke his heart when that soft little voice had sung about his dream world.
He brought his hand up and tucked the other's head into his chest. He leaned down, lips close to the little boy's ear and whispered, "Taka, I love you very much."
Small arms hugged him tightly. "Momma…" he said into the older man's shirt. It was no longer a question.
Kouyou brought Takanori into his arms and gently rocked them both back and forth, softly lulling the smaller one to sleep with his quiet humming. He looked down as the other's head slowly fell to his chest, eyes shut in slumber.
He smiled and brushed the other's bangs away from his eyes.
"You're in your castle on a cloud now Taka."

Akira walked into the still lit apartment and looked around after setting his bags down. "Kouyou?" he called softly, sure that his little brother was asleep by now.
He turned as he heard a soft sound behind him. Kouyou sat against the wall, rocking back and forth with a small Takanori in his arms.
They both exchanges silent glances and knew in that moment what was to become of them. Of Takanori. They knew the small bundle in Kouyou's arms would bring them endless years of happiness as would they to him.
He walked towards the two and sat on the other side of his little brother, wrapping his arms around both Kouyou and his little Taka.
The three fell asleep there that night together, homework forgotten, all united in Takanori's castle on a cloud.
