Today for lunch I went to a Salad Works. I'd never been to one before, and I wasn't particularly looking forward to it. I'm not a fan of salad. It's hard to swallow and feels like a chore to eat. I really love salad. :)

On a side note, Eric and I have friends named Steve and Heather up here, so it was kinda disconcerting at first: "I didn't know S &S know Steve and Heather". And then I realized there are probably at least 2 couples in the tri-state area with those names. :)

I think I've just had too many bad salads in my life. I prefer cooked vegetables. Plus I've worked in restaurants, and that stuff just sort of sits out in the open air all the time.

Actually, the Steve and Heather we're friends with are connected to MR in a round about way. Devon used to work for Heather who is a City Planner in Morristown, and Cassie would hang out at his job, so Heather knows them both.
