Last Stretch of Winter
So far, nothing unusual has been happening, but something feels a little different. It's kind of like I'm getting too used to this place.

It seems like the only thing that anyone can count on are the scientists and their stupid mindgames. They're pretty unpredictable; I don't think anyone knows exactly what goes on through their minds. It doesn't help that they're more guarded and unapproachable than the Ice Titan.

Supplies are back at least, and spring is coming.

Generally, people seem to adjust to life here pretty easily.

Agreed regarding the scientists. However, circumstances suggests the possibility that they do not control things as much as is assumed.

I have a hypothesis that they control little more than the maintenance of a device or devices, and these in turn are for the most part random.

Much was damaged in the blizzard, but it is my belief that one of the warehouses or abandoned buildings can still be utilized as an interim base of operations.

In the meantime, these chips must be dealt with. I will see what can be done from my end at the hospital.
