I have decided that this blog is no longer a shameful under-the-mattress log of my unrequited loves and failed literary attempts. So! I have Friends Only-ed the more personal entries, and from now it's simply going to be about me and the books that are in or near my house.

> You put on the blonde wig.
> LOOK WALLS
> The walls do not contain posters, as the landlord frowns upon such things. There is a mirror to the South.
> LOOK WINDOWS
> The street is too close to the window, and you feel a little weird. There is a venus fly-trap and a basil pot on the window sill.
> LOOK BOOKS
> The library contains Byron, Flaubert, Dickens, Wilde, and Tolstoy.
> READ BOOKS
> Are you kidding? It took me three months to read Anna Karenina. I'm not typing the text in here.
> LOOK MIRROR
> You are wearing a blonde wig. You look ridiculous.

I read a lot of books. In fact, I have to finish Mansfield Park and The Ambassadors for next week. So... like............ bye :-)
