clint & i just watched the movie donnie darko. can't believe it took us sooo long to watch it. it was really good. really weird and unexpected, and really good. anyone out there see it and have any comments about it

I've seen that movie! I never even knew it existed and a friend let us borrow it. Great soundtrack. You're right. Very weird and unexpected.

Donnie Darko is my favorite movie of all time.

And the "Mad World" cover at the end with all of the character's reactions...so brilliant. Did you see the director's cut or the original?

I'm just catching up on here after awhile and have so little attention span. The date on this post says Dec. 18th, but you're talking about Christmas, so it must have been after that, right? Is it my computer or Livejournal?
I'm glad you like your gift.
I've seen Donnie Darko with Rick. We both love it, but especially because of the soundtrack--it even has the Church song Under the Milky Way that you put on that mixed CD for me--and lots of Tears for Fears, which we both loved.

hey - yeah the date i posted this is correct on my lj - maybe it is your computer.

yeah, i did LOVE the music in the donnie darko movie - i couldn't believe some of it. like echo and the bunnymen, and that church song....good stuff.

how was your holiday?

things are well here. i'm thinking about taking a belly dancing class.
