Yesterday, I broke my bird feeder while I was working on my irrigation system. It was an incredibly cheap plastic tube, so when it fell to the ground, that was it for the poor thing. I've had it several seasons, so I can't really complain

I would love to have a solar bird bath. My mother has one and says the birds literally line up to play in it. But a solar bird feeder does seem kind of pointless.

I have a solar fountain that the birds sometimes use as a birdbath. Mostly, them and the wasps drink out of it.

I mentioned it to my hairdresser and she enthused that her parents had one. Apparently, it's pretty.

I asked her if they'd ever see birds eat at night. 'Uh, no, but it's pretty!'

Okay, then! I should add that her family shares about 4 brain cells and I think Hairdresser got most of 'em. That sounds mean, but they're not at all trashy or anything like that. Just... odd. I could tell stories.

Yah, this made me giggle, not sure why but it did. Anyway, as far as I know there are indeed no species of bats that eat seeds from a bird feeder. Not that I am in any way shape or form a chiropterologist, but I'm just sayin' I think it's safe to say that.

Also, hope you don't mind, I have friended you because I think you're hilarious.

Welcome! I added you to my friend's list and also my Fic Filter. I got hired as a City Treasurer, so I really don't make many open posts anymore - city officer and all. I'm so delighted to have a job. I'm not sure that I'm consistently funny, but the goings-on in Mayberry (not the real name of the city, but it fits)can be interesting.
