He might have served his purpose. He might have failed at it. We cannot know for sure. ..He knew it was coming, as he knew everything else here.

[He's switched to his laptop, so the audio quality is different, but he still doesn't sound that great. Also, still furious, so his voice is quite toneless.]

People always leave in groups. His leaving, I can only theorize, has to do with him fulfilling the purpose she wanted, or she got tired of him.
