I work for Wells Fargo.
Sounds like the same crap to me.
I was kind of pissed about the bullet resistant crap.
We're just supposed to scream and duck.

I got pissed when they said, "If you ever get robbed, and the burglar is still in front of you, and you think you can push the alarm and not have him notice, DON'T DO IT!"

Apparently, if you press the alarm and the police responds quickly, that could be a bad thing. If a burglar tries to leave the bank with buckets of cash, and he's stopped by an army of patrol cars, he's just gonna go back inside and take hostages.
