Starvation.

Just a thought...the diet that came with the work-out routine I clipped out of the magazine goes as follows:
- Avoid alcohol --> Not a problem, I don't drink anymore anyway; haven't in a while.
- Ban bread --> ...Well, I don't know about banning it, but I can cut back, that's doable.
- Curb starchy carbs like carrots, rice, pasta, potatoes, and corn ( Read more... )

dude i read this and laughed my ass off because conviently we are talking about anorexia and bulemia in my psychopathology class. people are nuts. this "diet" is more of everything you CANNOT eat.

may i add since when are carrots bad for you?! was peter cotton tail a fat ass?!

so if you can't eat dairy, bread that leaves you with fruits and vegetables but i'm pretty sure any fruit is going to have sugar and more calories than carrots therefore this diet was made by a quack job.

i hate diet plans they're misleading and basically never work.
bread is not the devil.
milk and cheese do not kill you.
and having sweets is not the end of the world.

yet, somehow we're all supposed to be a size two?!
if i am EVER a size two please do not hesitate to shove a whole chocolate cake down my throat.

SERIOUSLY whenever we're ready to have kids, who want's to be the wafer-thin sickley looking mom!? eww.
