Christmas Dinner with Friends Steve and Claire last night.. well Bubble and Squeak (Mashed Potato and Vegetables that are then fried - very much a 'day after christmas day' meal) and amazingly.. even though Steve (the Vegan) was with us and he has absolutly no time keeping abilities (arriving 1/2 an hour late) and still had to cook his tofu we did
