Oh my. This has to be the best John/Gareth/Scott I've ever read. Well done. The dialogue was beautiful and very natural, and I loved the handling of their arrangement and Gareth's introduction into it. The serious touches, too, mentioning Kai and Tom and Torchsong -- very nice. Thanks for posting this!
