I wish they would have kept the whole kiss in (love your explanation as to why they didn't).

I loved your characterization in this.

I do too! My explanation is good but obviously not the real one; I wish I knew what the real reason was.

I tend to view RPF one of two ways: really hot or really lame. This managed to be well-written, hot - but not unrealistic, and funny. I lauged several times. Really well done.

Very nice! I love the awkwardness of this and the way you worked in John and Scott's relationship.

Excellent work. I write RPS a lot in another fandom where the actors have said they don't care, so I have no issues with the genre in principal. I've resisted writing JB/GDL because of some reservations apparently expressed by JB, but you've written a piece that addresses many subtle messages that these two can send, and have kept it in character, respectful and completely believable. It's also a great bit of writing.

Thank you for letting them keep their edge and their personalities. Thank you for the way you handled Scott. Thank you for writing this piece. You're making me rethink my reservations, which has been a tough sell on this front.

I do always feel a little iffy about writing RPS, but it's a ton of fun too, which ameliorates the guilt somewhat. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
