I think I'm in love with the story, and Ianto actually being on top. So many stories, even AUs, I've seen or read make Ianto the perpetual sub or bottom, and they're good, really good. But they do get a bit boring. I think Jack has to give it all up at some point, and if he can't do that anywhere but the bedroom/playroom then so be it. (Just so long as we get to read about it lol ( ... )

I suspect Jack well enjoys a bit of subbing -- most of the people I know who are into submission are people in positions of power or with a lot of responsibility. It's nice to give it all up.

Definitely he would have retcon handy though, yeah.

In this case, Eric's the trigger, but I think it's a tension that's been building since the New Year's Eve slaughter, yes. He's just reached his breaking point.

I do have to deal with Lisa and London a bit more thoroughly than I have, but I think I'll have to wait a bit for that...

I searched for these after you referenced it on sizeofthatthing and it totally filled all hopes I had. I so so love what you've done with this; somwhow making it an AU makes it much easier to keep everyone in-character. I absolutely love dom!Ianto and this version of Jack, trapped as he is. I hope there will be more, and I'll be reccing this in the next two weeks for sure!
