This is not a continuation of "Bedtime Story," just a little about how it came to be written. I'm very, very new to writing, so this is partly for my own use (for when I look back and go "Gah! What was I thinking?") and partly because it might be interesting for other new writers.

These plot bunnies ... I wonder if that's what the cats have been chasing? I suspect Bella would like a bunny, although it might scare Lorenzo.

Anyway, this is one of the reasons I love you so much. This nagging feeling to create something is very much what gets into me when I start a coding project. I'm not sure I'd call them plot bunnies though. Program hedgehogs, maybe? (Hedgehogs like bugs, right?)

You ARE a good writer. I have a number of the same hesitations about letting people read my stuff.

And mine is not always fan-fic. I write erotica that just burst forth from the plot bunnies that are constantly hiding in my room and my office.

merseine0613 has read some of my stuff, but I am still too scared to post it. I wrote a Walking Dead fan-fic for cmerun12 and that seemed to go over well.

Maybe I should try some Hawaii Five-0?

Thank you! I tend to compare my work with some of my favorite writers in H50 fan-fic, and I know I'm nowhere near that good. On the other hand, when I make myself finish something, I've been pretty happy with the results, and I hope to have time to work on stuff over the next couple of weeks. (Life got crazy since I finished this and the flash-fic entry, which is why I've been so long replying.)

It's been a while since I read anything by you, but I remember that it was good! Did you post your Walking Dead fan-fic anywhere, or was it just for C's collection?

I'd love to see what you do with H50!
