Well... It's a bit hard to explain. A meme can sometimes also be called a quiz even though it doesn't really work like one most of the time. Some of them like with this one, you just type in your name and it gives a random message containing your name in it that's completely nonsensical. Sometimes it really is like a quiz and you have to choose a bunch of different answers to questions which will affect what answer you get. Those are less random, the answer is still just something silly. They're supposed to be fun.
