Ano... this is... interesting. I don't think it's a good idea to have Hikaru-san and Koaru-san in charge like this, but I suppose it could be worse, couldn't it?

Hikaru-san and Koaru-san can be mean, but there are other people here who would have done worse than making a bunch of silly rules if it were them.
