The party was still not organized, but Silvermane didn't particularly mind. She and Seto were still hanging out from time to time, and she enjoyed the time they spent together. She also got along with Mokuba, his younger brother, although the one incident (complete with awkward potential misunderstanding) still left her blushing when she thought ( Read more... )

Before then Seto was actually rather calm, sporting the usual white trench coat with black shirt and pants underneath. Nothing new or different, for now anyway. An annoyed sigh escaped him, ignoring the fact there were two squealing girls attached to each of his legs. Really, the fangirls just needed to leave him be.

When she arrived a small bit of a grin crossed his face, "Hey."

Silvermane felt distinctly uncomfortable. One of the two girls attached to his legs was rather pretty, and decidedly normal looking. The only one thing she could say for herself was that she had the dignity to not attach herself to anyone's legs and squeal like a fool. But he hadn't told the girls to leave either....

"Um...h-hi. I um...didn't know t-there would be others tagging along."

She tried to look as positive as she could manage, but there was a distinct lack of confidence in her body language as she regarded the girls, who had paused for a moment to give her the evil eye.

Oh, there were girls there? What?

Seto blinked a bit, looking down and shaking a leg. "Get off you airheaded idiots. You ahve no reason to be clinging to me." He grunted a bit to himself before turning his attention back to Silvermane. "They aren't, I just didn't notice that I had people clinging to me again."

Silvermane blinked. He...didn't notice having people clinging to him? Or was he saying that to try to impress her? It relieved her a bit to know that the attention from the two girls was unwanted, though.

"We just wanted to tell you how well you did at the last tournament!" squealed one of the two girls. They had released Seto's legs, but were still standing right beside him, on either side.

"When are you going to duel Yugi Mutou next? Those are always the best ones," commented the second girl.

Silvermane tried her best not to look totally confused. She remembered being told that Yugi was Seto's rival...but she hadn't heard anything about Seto being into fencing. At least, that was what the girls meant by 'duels', wasn't it?

Silvermane was glad that she'd helped his mood a bit, though she didn't think they were necessarily stupid so much as dealing with something that didn't exist in their world. There were plenty of people who never encountered the Nexus, and didn't understand how easy it really was to meet other people from other worlds ( ... )

"Well...I don't r-really like to hurt people, but um...the only thing that gets hurt is people's pride, right?" Silvermane caught the purr in his voice, but interpreted as pride in his own abilities as a duelist and as a teacher. "I'm sure y-you could teach me a lot, Seto ( ... )
