“Hey,” she said, voice soft. “I went, the party wasn’t bad,” everything else had been though, “and I was wondering if you’d do me the favour of taking my shift tomorrow at Wellspring? There’s something I’ve got to do that can’t wait. It’s easy, you know the basics of meditation, and were not allowed to sell weapons...”

...

“Thanks, Hinata-chan.”

Delivery from Covent Garden Flowers! flowering_mind October 15 2008, 14:57:42 UTC
Early Wednesday Morning a bouquet of purple hyacinth, pale pink hydrangeas, and baby's breath was delivered outside the door of Room 423 along with a card (scalloped edges with a red border) that read:

Dear Hinata -

Thank you for your note. I understand the island can be cruel, and I would never blame you for anything that happened.

These flowers are meant as a token of my sorrow that you had to bear her burden for the weekend; Ino assures me they're fitting. And if you ever wish to talk about any of it, let me know. - Romeo Montague

"H-hi, Hinata. This is Karla. I know you probably can't get this, but I just wanted to let you know, I'm taking care of Yei. I don't want you to have to worry about her, while you're...wherever you are, okay? So please, you just focus on taking care of yourself and getting home and know that Y-Yei will be waiting for you, safe and sound, when you get back." The was a long, shaky, in-drawn breath. "Please, stay safe."
