Okay so I guess my goal for writing in my blog every day is not working that well after all. :(

I blame it on being sick last night but I probably could have posted something.

I guess when I have two days of working both jobs one after the other - it kinda makes me slack off on other things.

Well I am making some progress with my painting. I have bought my board (I paint on the non-tile side of tileboard- aka masonite) and had it split (a 8×4ft board into 2×2 ft squares) and now I have two of these boards covered in gesso on my easels ready to go except for my sketching.

So I guess I am doing well on my goal to post in my blog every day.

Mostly due to 43Things. Its really easy to post with it because when I add entries here - its normally about things that I would be posting about anyway. It’s like killing two birds with one stone!

Even my friends have noticed how often I post now.

It’s a nice goal.

I just got my acceptance letter today!! When my mother told me that I got mail from where I applied to at first I thought, “Oh no, its probably a rejection letter!”

I’m happy but not as excited as I thought I would be. It is mostly a relief! I will be starting in the fall if all goes as planned!
