Sorry about any confusion on the exact question I was asking. The Prof. wanted a way to make the whole syllogism false, with all of the elements staying true. So, Dave Hiller, you were correct in saying that there is no possible way to do this, but that is not an answer of a possible way to accomplish the task. Thanks for all your input! I'll be back for more soon.

I stand corrected. I still think that my question was better though; any schmoe could've figured out that Socrates is definitely mortal, but it'd take a person who thinks ahead to come up with an example showing true premises and a false conclusion, and they'd deserve 20$. I guess he was just trying to drive home the point that there's no way around good logic.
