I'm just trying to help folks out a bit. I just created a discussion forum called SubTalk. It's a forum for Substitute Teachers, by Substitute Teachers. The address is http://subtalk.forumco.com in case your interested.
There's no pressure to join, but I guarantee you we will be focusing 100% on the Substitute Teacher and how we can help him or her reach their best potential.
