You've got an accent similar to mine, but with more of a Chicago twangy 'a' sound than mine. Our 'a's are softer and more prevalant. Seriously, you wanna mimic my local accent, just add three a's to everything. My local McDonald's drive-thru: "Ah'd like a Biyg Mac, a lawrge frah, and a MEE-deum Spraaht."

Grandmother and grandaddy on my mother's side, my paternal grandmother died when I was young so I didn't really call her much of anything, and for some reason I grew up calling my paternal grandfather by his first name: Merle.
