Why: They've been separated far too long.
[Seeing Arthur now has Antonio...thinking things. Not just your usual pervy things when you're with your cute boyfriend whom you haven't been in the same room as for about two months, but other more important things]
[He wants to say it. He wants to say the three very important words and he hopes Arthur is ready to hear them or at least be okay enough with their relationship to accept them because Antonio wouldn't know what to do if he didn't...]
