I'm using the $2 internet at the airport in Auckland because I'm bored stiff. I'm going to Christchurch (South Island) and I left home early cause I had to get here by myself. The host parents left for Aussie 4am this morning so they couldn't drive me, and I couldn't catch a ride with any of the other AFS kids cause I was stupid enough to book ( Read more... )

Well, on the other hand the check in lady was really nice and gave me a huge as seat on 1st class even though I was travelling on Economy class... So all in all it was pretty good:D

What is the name of the high school in Auckland you go to? One of my friends here in Japan, Mikoto, went to a 2 year long exchange to Auckland and came back last year. The high school she went to was called "Mt. Roskill Grammer" or something like that. She found it really interesting to hear that I knew a Norwegian who's currently having an exchange year in Auckland. :)

Oh, sorry. I just checked out your profile and saw "Glenfield College - Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand (Aotearoa) (2006)". I thought you were the same age as leka_moya so you also were at the last year of high school, didn't know you're a college student. ^^;
