I didn't get the job, but got some great feedback. There were two main factors that caused me not to get the job

Well, the important thing in any lesson is that ALL students achieve the learning objective, no matter what their ability or past experience. So all good there...

Well done on almost making it... there was no way you were beating the other guy no matter how good you were.

It's all good practice and although unsuccessful it's obvious that you've learned masses from it.
