Its funny what a difference in role the words 'to the' in your title makes.

Also, this piece of information explains a lot about the whole Katrina disaster recovery flub.

yeah. On the one hand, I do feel a little bad that (as far as I can see) he'll never be able to get hired to do anything above being manager to the deep fryer at McDonald's, but he shouldn't have been at FEMA in the first place. And now that I think about it, I bet some people don't blame he for the Katrian flub...or they do, and have thanked him with a cushy at Haliburton.

Either way, flub is a good word.
