I also almost included a fake, humorous phobia: Hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia. The fear of long words.

LOL. So perfectly in character.

I love the funny, interesting, in-character stuff that you and so many in the fandom writes. Why, oh why, can the writers not throw even a bit of this into each episode. A Wilson mystery phobia that winds up being an allergy to a cleaning chemical would be so much more entertaining than chickens (though Wilson with the chicken behind his back was sort of funny. but still.).
