Could someone try and explain in words of one syllable to a total computer dunce (which would be me) how you do those link thingys to previous parts of your story, other journals/sites etc? I know I really appreciate it when people do that, if you've missed some parts and have to go way, way back to find them, or somthing.

I thought that was by making it a memory... I guess you just have to use the same keyword to get them on one page.

I have put the parts of 'Wake' in my memories, but I think I messed up the whole keyword thing. Maybe I can go back and change it?

That should be possible, shouldn't it?

I've manage to change it, although it made rather a mess and left me with lots of double entries I don't know how to delete. Anyway, now I just have to work out how to do a link to the right page.

That's really easy. How do I know? Because I can do it ;-) It's in the faq, here,

http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=67

This is what you type (in the message you get in your inbox it should show the code in full, here it'll convert it so all you see is My Homepage)
My Homepage

This will create a link with the text "My Homepage" which, upon being clicked, will lead to http://www.example.com/. In order to use this tag, you must replace the link and text with your own link and text.

Whatever memory or post you want to link to, just cut and paste it into where it has "http...com/"

If you're still having problems let me know; took me a while to figure it out but it is really easy ::hugs::
