I have this problem at work. A couple weeks ago, all of the other hostesses (ages range from 16-17, and one is 18) were caught eating at the host stand. I took my manager aside and told him that I never ate up there, and he believed me. they would probably hire you, but we couldn't have the same hours cause it works like this...

opener comes in at 3 to set everything up (get reservations onto the waitlist, change out specials etc)
one person comes in at 4 to seat people
two people come in at 5, one seats and the other does to go orders (and helps seat people)
and then we have the closer come in at 6 to stay until close

i think you should like talk to him one day when your gettin off or when they arent working & tell him whats going on & tell him that they make the hostesses look bad & etc..& how childish they are & that they are rude to rochelle & etc...

yeah... i just can never find the right time to bring it up. mrs. heise came in today with her husband :D it made me so happy!

tomorrow i'm off though so i may just let them know then... blah girls are so dumb.
