If you do indeed require a coat of some sort, there is an indoor marketplace in the northwestern quarter of the city, but I fear much will have been spoiled by the recent rains and flooding. By winter, many of us should have our wool carded and spun, and hopefully will have knitted or woven warm clothing. Perhaps in a few months, a trade may be arranged, although I know not if any coat would be white as you request. The sheep who gave us the wool were not of the usual variety.
