This is my secret. The ringing in my head is getting way too loud. Either it is or I think it is and it's affecting my concentration, my ability to live a normal life, my everything.

And I'm scared I'll go crazy.

sometimes we just have to bear it, but hey, you know it...you know how beautiful sufferings are, how they make us notice so many more sides to this life, so many more feelings and associations are evoked...
have you ever thought of the guiding power of the heart, to feel somebody's mood for a brief second, to copy/paste their feelings into yourself by expanding your energy with your heart...its amazing...since discovering that...my life has changed to better...)
