Don't feel bad about your fattums! Me and my GF had this beast. He lived alone, we didn't overfeed him and he just ballooned up. He was healthy otherwise, he was just...obese. But he was the biggest lovesponge ever.
Warlock looks like our former boy Raku He was very shiny, as well. We think he was a satin.
One of ours just recently had an abcess on his face, as well. His cleared up really nicely after I drained it (during our four day drive across the country, even!) and you can't even tell there was anything there.
I'm always slightly in awe of your rats. That shiny picture of Warlock and that one picture of Lulu reminds me of why trying to take a picture of my girl Buddha (did I ever thank you for your advice when she was sick? It really worked like a charm!) is a terrible idea. It's a little like trying to photograph a disco ball. SOMETHING always comes out too bright.
What kind of porridge is that, by the way? (Goodness, I hope I'm not being rude?)
That porridge is just instant oats, the kind you just add hot milk or water too and stir in. I put a dollop of honey in too, to make it sweet for them. The cool thing about rats is they're willing to accept any food combination, so you can mix porridge with things like tuna or sweetcorn and they don't mind :P
Hi if you don't hear comments from me its because LJ is being evil its logged me out and won't let me back in! I'll try for a few more days before i give out and open a new account

Poor Bob must feel as violated as Rayman. Every time I look away, Teddy starts humping him.
