... at the very least you could have called him and warned him before he came up that he wouldn't be getting any. If you'd never fooled around that'd be one thing, but in this case i think a warning was warranted.

That's a pretty stupid thing to say. Just because you hook up once doesn't guarantee that it will ever happen again. Pretty presumptious to think that it would, really. She didn't have to "warn" him at all. They're friends and they've been friends for a while. So just because they hook up sometimes means they can't hang out without hooking up ever again?

Not at all. If, for instance, she invited him over after work to watch a movie, that'd be one thing. This was an invitation to a secluded location far from home for several days, and thus i think the expectation would be higher than normal.

There shouldn't be ANY expectations, that's the point. You shouldn't expect to get it every time just because there's an invitation to hang out for a few days. Be glad when it comes but don't get pissed if it doesn't. She didn't owe him anything.
