The condom wrapper says "guddo konchan" -- which probably translates to something like "Good Conscience"

I giggled myself through a whole japanese page the other day; all of it in odd glyphs, but for one name or the other here and there, like "Lon Asheton" and "Pink Froyd". The comical effect was just, you know, too much :D
