ok so here's how it is. droppin the really sucky compsci class im takin now, and maybe the one i took last quarter because im really thinkin theres almost no chance of passing the final in may / june. in place of those, imuna be doin an independent study. for a while i've been chewin on the idea of writing a paper on the parallelism between

congrats for dropping your compsci and finally doing what you want, i had to do that last semester...and with the whole writing idea, go for it, from what i've read, you have a very creative style! hope your having fun!

environmentalism is probably be eaier to do in scotland, with the UK's heavy industrialization push. the manchester moth study and all that (altho that was in england). maybe i'm wrong there.
buddhism's gonna be harder to do as you're in england, but maybe that could make it better. i have no doubt there's some center around you, it just may not be as popular as some aroud here.

the link between nature and transcendentalism is very much there, but i found it hard to establish when I wrote about it awhile ago.
