so what's happened? I made an offer on a house... and lost because another person bid $10 000 over the asking price. after about one year of looking we finally took the plunge but things turned out much sadder. our real estate agent isn't well because his granddaughter was killed in a car accident. she was only 2 yrs old. so house buying is on
